With this german baking mix, you can conjure up your own bakery-quality bread with very little effort. High-quality ingredients and a finely tuned recipe guarantee bread enjoyment and fun while baking. The preparation is very simple and precisely explained on the package, so you can get started right away.

1. For 1 loaf (approx. 500g) you need 320g baking mix and approx. 150-200 ml water.
2. Knead everything for approx. 10 min. to a smooth dough. Grease the loaf pan. Put the dough into the loaf pan (length 25cm) and let it rise again covered and for 90 minutes. The volume should now have increased.
3. Brush dough with a little water and sprinkle with a pinch of flour.
4. Before baking, cut the top of the dough and place in the preheated oven.
5. Bake at a minimum of 220°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to approx. 180°C and bake for a further 20-30 minutes until the desired brownness is reached.
